Staff & Board
Executive Co-Director/Board Member
A Texan by birth and a Longhorns fan by genetics, Enrique's heart is wherever there are people who need to know about Jesus. Evangelism and missions (and baseball) are what flips his trigger, but he's also a committed husband to Carol and a doting father to Gabriel. Having been transferred from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light in his mid 20's, he delights to share how great Jesus is and how able He is to rescue the lost.
If you'd like to know more or have questions, email Enrique.
Executive Co-Director/Board Member/Founder
Having been brought into the family of God as a pre-teen, Carol felt the pull of missions early on and has been involved with some form of missions since college (an unbelievable number of years ago). She loves Jesus and wants to live a life that honors and exalts Him wherever and whenever. Her greatest desire is to be a faithful messenger of the message of reconciliation. Taking care of her hubby and son, and cheering for them are highlights of life, as are reading in bed, praying with her prayer group, and getting together with extended family for a rousing round of Mexican train. For questions or comments, email Carol.
Accountant/Board Member, Treasurer
My name is Amanda Cook and I help with the RBW finances and accounting. It is a privilege to work with this practical side of the ministry and be part of what God is doing through RBW. I love seeing God's continued provision and how He is growing the ministry as we seek His Kingdom first. Amanda desires more than anything to serve the Lord faithfully and boldly for all the days of her life. If you have comments or questions for Amanda, feel free to email her.
Administrative Assistant/Board Member
Lisa gave her heart to the Lord at the age of 19. After some interesting twists and turns, her heart is fully devoted to serving Him. Lisa has served in a variety of ministries since 1988. Lisa also has a passion for missions and has served on two teams to Guatemala and two to Mexico and is looking forward to where the Lord may take her next. If you have any questions, please email Lisa.
Jerry Kiedrowski, MD
Board Member, Chairman
Though officially retired, Jerry continues to use his medical knowledge and generous heart to minister in various ways. He and his wife, Marilyn, have served on the board for more than 20 years and have taken various trips with RBW. He loves to travel and can communicate somewhat in more than 10 languages - always with the goal of showing Jesus to those he comes in contact with.
Board Member, Secretrary
Along with her husband, Marilyn's heart for the Lord Jesus comes out in a lifestyle of service. Talented with computer skills, organization, creativity, and boldness, she blesses people in Jesus' name wherever she goes.
Pastor José Rivera
Being from Puerto Rico and having traveled around Central and South America, international speaker/teacher José brings his pastoral heart, counseling training, and knowledge of the Hispanic culture to the Board. He teaches at the Adopt-A-Pastor Retreats in Nicaragua with us and is the pastor of the Spanish congregation Esperanza Viva in Willmar, MN.
With a creative flair that is exciting and sensitive, Nora brings vivacious wisdom to the Board of RBW. Originally from Venezuela, the Lord has brought her through many trials which He has used to shape her into a vibrant speaker/teacher whose compassion and determination, mixed with Holy Spirit power, make her a dynamic ambassador for the Kingdom of God.
A father, husband, farmer, and just so happens to be an in-law to Carol and Enrique, Brent is excited to begin this journey with RBW. His heart for the Lord and his strong desire to lead the world to Christ mix well with his knowledge in agriculture and architecture. Brent plans to spread RBW’s mission around our Montana/ND area in hopes of gathering support and teams together.
Trent started missions work in 2015 after his wife and oldest daughter returned from their first trip in Mexico and insisted the whole family go again. He has since been a part of seven different teams. Not only does he enjoy sharing about Jesus, but he also likes to use his many skills to benefit others: construction, leadership, carpentry, painting and more. He is excited to continue serving through RBW Missions and is looking forward to new experiences in Nicaragua and expanding his Spanish vocabulary. Trent, his wife Teresa and their two daughters are from McClusky, North Dakota.
Teresa was bit by the missions bug in January 2015 and it has since become her passion. She has been studying Spanish for over three years and spent three weeks in Guatemala learning in an immersion school. Teresa has had the opportunity to translate and help lead teams in Mexico. She gives her all and isn’t afraid to step outside her comfort zone, giving her the chance to totally trust in the Lord. She has a servant’s heart and is looking forward to being involved in the ministry work in Nicaragua or wherever else the Lord leads. Teresa, her husband Trent and their two daughters are from McClusky, North Dakota.
